About the Instructor and Author

Sandy Zook is a certified Microsoft Office User 
Specialist (MOUS) at the Sandy Zookexpert level, accredited 
instructor, computer programmer, and system analyst.  
She has been active in the computer field for more than
 twenty years and has developed courses for colleges 
and conducted seminars on computer applications 
such as: Windows, networks, word processing, 
desktop publishing, spreadsheets, database 
management, Internet research, and web design.

Sandy is also an ice skater, dance instructor, choreographer, and surfer.

She and her husband, Zeke, are owners of Computer Business Solutions, Inc. (since 1984) and The Traveling Computer School (since 1992) a combination of a consulting firm and a traveling computer classroom.  They bring the computer classroom to your office or home.
